My Bio
I am a medieval cultural historian. I play several instruments, partake in historical re-enactment and I am fluent in six languages (although one of those is Latin). I enjoy drawing and painting as a way to relax and have a strange obsession with dancers (possibly because I was thrown out of ballet lessons as a child for being too clumsy). Recently I have been focusing on traditional pen and ink, as well as recreating medieval art styles with accurate pigments (except white lead, turns out you can't get that anymore).

So I have posted my pen and ink self portrait submission for the Love artists Draw My Dream contest (#dreamingartist) I haven't really got anything else to add here that wasn't in the description, but I will explain again. My dream is to be able to return to my greatest love, music without dealing with the chronic pain that I face everyday. I am not expecting this to do well in the contest, but I actually enjoyed drawing this peace, I created this in pen and ink it is a self portrait of me performing clarinet in a recital.
